Email campaign that clicked in to gear
RideStaffs is an incredible cycling events company that boosts community’s health and wellbeing by getting people on their bikes. Its annual festival delivers sportives and professional town centre races featuring big names from the cycling world. RideStaffs director Paul Rowlands wanted an email marketing campaign to ignite the interest of his community and to get them on to the streets supporting the pro races.
A series of emails to the RideStaffs community built anticipation and excitement leading up to the RideStaffs festival, with key announcements and details carefully managed. This was complemented by social media engagement and traditional media coverage, as well as live social media reporting from the event itself.
